MEMBERSHIP & FELLOWSHIP COMMITTEE REPORT - 2009

Our committee, this year, has received a great deal of support from non-committee members.  As a result, coffee time has been held every Sunday after worship services, after several special events and a pancake supper was held on Shrove Tuesday in February.

At coffee hour, we continue to use fair trade coffee and  tea as much as possible, and half of any money donated supports the M&S Fund.  We are frequently being told that weekly coffee time is appreciated, and therefore we will continue as best we can.

Our committee members, however, are dropping in number.  Our individual involvement level also is dropping due to travel, age, work, and family.

We extend a thank you to all who have helped, and a special thank you to the U.C.W. for their monthly luncheons held in the first half of the year.    We are happy to have anyone join us at any time.
